  • Services on myOpel is free of charge for all Opel drivers.

  • With myOpel we aim at providing you with the most relevant and interesting information from the world of Opel Genuine Service. In order to receive customised promotions and offers you can enter vehicle and personal data (in the My Profile section), select your preferred dealer (through our Dealer Locator) and decide how we may contact you (your opt-in).


Individual Offers and Services


  • Where do I find individual offers and services?
  • Your tailor-made offers and rebates can be found through the “Offers” link in the “My Service” section. If you have provided us with further information on your car and your preferred dealer, these offers will be exclusively made for you and your vehicle.

    Where can I get these offers?
  • You can purchase our offers at any Opel Service Partner participating. In our Dealer Locator you can find the Opel workshop closest to your location and save him in your profile as your preferred dealer.


Service Reminder


  • What’s the Service Reminder for?
  • The Service Reminder is a tool to notify you if any inspections are due for your vehicle. After login, you can enter your vehicle’s current mileage and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) by which we will determine upcoming checks.

    How does the Service Reminder work?
  • When you’ve entered your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) from your car documents, we are able to calculate the intervals of regular services by the time of the vehicle’s first registration.


My Profile


  • I lost my password, how can I reset it?
  • Below the login-in box, you will find the “Forgot Password” link that resets your password.

    How can I delete my account on myOpel?
  • Deleting your account can be done in the “my Profile” section after login. However, all data you entered will be erased as well. If you wish to continue using myOpel, you will have to fill out this information again.


My Data

Do I have to enter all the information in my profile?
Please fill out all the information in your profile. Knowing your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and personal data and being given your opt-in to contact you helps us customise our VIP service offers and promotions for you and your vehicle.

Can I register more than one vehicle?
Yes, up to four vehicles can be registered in one single account. However, each car must be verified in the dealership.

How can I change my data?
Changing your data can be done via the “my Profile” link and clicking the “Save” button.

Why should I enter a VIN number?
If we know your VIN number, we are enabled to individualise and improve our services and offers for you, since it provides us with precise information about your Opel.

How can I change my vehicle data?
A big share of data can be created from our database once you entered your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) from your car documents. There is no need for you to spend any time on tediously checking your documents and entering the information. However, you can enter your current mileage, which will help us in selecting special offers and reminding you of upcoming service appointments.

Why is there an exclamation mark next to my VIN?
If you have entered an incorrect VIN or one that is unknown to our database, our system will highlight it with an exclamation mark. In this case, please re-enter it in the “my Profile” section. If your car was built prior to 1982, you cannot enter your VIN for myOpel. Please note: you can check the validity of VIN directly upon entering it in your profile.

  • You find the subscription for the Opel newsletter in the top menu on our website.

    What can I use an Online Service Request for?
  • Our Online Service Request feature facilitates your service appointments. Use this online tool to arrange an appointment with the Opel Service Partner of your choice. Additionally, you can provide him with further information on what particular services you need, so he can prepare for your next visit. Your preferred Opel Service Partner will contact you upon receiving your query.

    What is the purpose of the Dealer locator?
  • The Dealer locator ensures that you are able to find the Opel Service Partner of trust in your local area.

    What is an Opt-in?
  • Basically, opting-in allows for better services and offers from us through means of your personal information. The more we know about you, the better we can take care of your car.
